Students went on a Halloween-themed word problem hunt — and each time they solved one correctly, they earned a haunted house piece. After completing all six problems, they built their own spooky (but mostly cute) haunted houses! 🏠✨
It was a fun and engaging way to get our firsties excited about math! 💚🧮

South Elementary students took their learning on the road Wednesday as third graders visited our state capitol! 🇺🇸
They explored the Whisper Gallery, the Missouri Hall of Fame, Thomas Hart Benton’s mural room, and even sat in the House of Representatives Chamber. Representative Roger Reedy met with the class and treated them to lunch — truly showing us the Show-Me State motto in action!

WHS Government Students Visit the Courthouse 🇺🇸
WHS government students recently took part in County Government Day at the Benton County Courthouse!
Students met with county officials to learn about the roles and responsibilities of local government, toured several offices, and even stepped inside the courtroom for a look at how the court system works.

🖍️5th graders created powerful posters promoting drug-free living, and we’re proud to congratulate our poster contest winners!
❤️ 1st and 2nd graders decorated brown paper grocery bags with Red Ribbon Week messages that will be used at Country Mart this week — spreading reminders to live drug free throughout our community!
