Wesley Jackson came in 88th out of 168 state qualifying runners with another personal record (PR) time of 17:38.70 in the 5K today to finish a strong ending to his 2023 XC season. Congratulations on a great season, Wesley!
The Warsaw Mathletes traveled to Warrensburg High School for a math competition today. The Warsaw team ended up in 2nd place! We competed against the following teams: Father Tolton, Holden, Lee’s Summit North, Odessa, Raytown, and Smith Cotton.

Wesley Jackson took his Cross Country State Walk this morning in the WHS hallways. Teachers and students cheered Wesley on as the band marched behind him. The Cross Country State Championships will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, in Columbia, MO. The Cross Country team is coached by Coach Ehren Banfield. Good Luck, Wesley!!

Football tonight, 10/27, starts district play. This week will remain the same for gate prices and passes. BCETV will be done differently. It will run through MSHSAA.TV. It will cost $10 to stream. We will share a Facebook post from BCE about the directions.
Friday Night Lights! District Play-Offs
The Warsaw High School Vocal Music Department will be presenting their Showstoppers Concert – Traditions, on Thursday, October 26, 2023. All music performed by the choirs will relate to a variety of traditions for our country, school, family, rites of passage, and many more. The concert will feature all three choirs as well as showcasing soloists, instrumentalists and dance, and our very own Warsaw Children's Chorus. There will be something for everyone! Showstoppers is a fundraiser concert to benefit the vocal music department. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students. Children four and under are free. There will also be a bake sale before the concert as well as during intermission. Please join us in supporting our students and enjoy great music Thursday, October 26 at 7 p.m. in the Warsaw High School gymnasium. Tickets are available from any choir student or at the door.
