Miss Gerken, who goes by Miss G, will be joining the North Elementary team as a special education teacher and is also stepping in as an assistant high school volleyball coach. 🚸🏐 She brings experience as a paraprofessional, after-school program leader, and 6th grade teacher. She’s excited to teach in Warsaw, where she has strong family roots and a passion for helping students succeed. Miss G loves Friends, Golden Girls, her three pups (Buck, Kash, and Blu), and spending time with loved ones. She and her fiancé, Levi, are getting married this October! 🐶💍 Welcome to the Wildcat family, Miss G! 💚🐾

During the next couple of weeks, expect some changes to traffic flow at the high school entry area. There will be a change from using the lower driveway to using the straight drive through that goes towards the bus barn. The straight drive through will not be asphalted yet, but when they begin asphalting there could be some delays. Their goal is to start the asphalt during the week of 8/4, which will be our athletic dead week.  
Once again, thank you for your flexibility as we work through these changes.

☀️ 1st Grade Summer School Fun ☀️ Students enjoyed a field trip to the Warsaw Fire Station for a tour with Mr. Rob Lane, enjoyed ice cream at Back in Time, and spent time playing at the Harbor! 🚒🍦 Back in the classroom, they practiced CVC words with magnet letters, built with Legos in small groups, and made yummy ocean pudding snacks! 🧁🔤🧱 #WildcatExcellence #SummerLearning

3rd grade ended summer school with a blast! ☀️🎉 They had a fun-filled week with bubbles, sidewalk chalk, jump ropes, hula hoops, and even created a 100-square hopscotch!
