High School Madrigal students recently took part in the annual Music Olympics—a fun and fast-paced competition where students race against the clock while testing their music theory skills across five challenging stations, from Name That Tune by sight to interval identification. North Elementary 4th grade students put their imagination to the test this week with their procedural demonstrations. 💡#WildcatExcellence

📐📸HS Algebra 1 and Algebra B students took learning out of the classroom with their Parabola Selfie Project after wrapping up their EOCs. To complete the assignment, students hunted down real‑world parabolic curves (arches, signs, wildlife, etc.), snapped selfies with them, and overlaid their own equations using Desmos. Throughout the process, students identified multiple important characteristics of their parabola and used algebra to write the equation in vertex form and standard form, demonstrating a thorough understanding of quadratic functions. 🎉📊 #WildcatExcellence #HandsOnLearning

🚌🎓 The 2025 Senior Trip to STL was a true memory-maker! From exploring at the Zoo, to an adventure-filled visit to the Science Center (including an unexpected moment of taking shelter in the basement due to a tornado warning), to climbing and sliding through the City Museum—and wrapping it all up with a delicious pizza stop. 🍕 They’re now on the road and heading home safely, with tired feet, full bellies, and hearts full of memories. 💭🐾
