Student Spotlight

Student Spotlight: Grayson Vaughn

Grayson Vaughn was our student spotlight at our January Board Meeting. Grayson is a 5th Grade Student at South School.

When seeking a deserving student to honor Mr. Warstadt spoke to a half dozen teachers and each one mentioned Grayson Vaughn. Mr. Warstadt recalled one teacher asked what qualities we were looking for in a student to spotlight. Mr. Warstadt stated that we are looking for a student with the utmost integrity, academic excellence in all areas, and respect for all those around them. When describing these ideal student characteristics for a spotlight student, one teacher remarked, “Say no more it's Grayson Vaughn!”

Grayson is advanced in every academic area, nearly every time I see Grayson and he is not working, he has a book in his hands. It is my belief and it has been expressed by other staff, that Grayson is the kindest, most courteous, respectful student they have ever been around.

“Ladies and Gentlemen I cannot think of a student that better exemplifies the tradition, pride, and excellence of being a Warsaw Wildcat better than Mr. Grayson Vaughn”, said Mr. Warstadt.

Congratulations to Grayson Vaughn for all the great accomplishments you have received. Keep up the great work!

The Warsaw School District is very honored to have you as one of our students!
