Warsaw R-IX School Board Elections
(Public Notice of Filing)
The Warsaw R-IX School District encourages qualified persons interested in running for a
position on the school board to file to be a candidate in the April 4, 2023, election. Interested
persons may file at the superintendent's offices located at 20363 Lane of Champions, Warsaw,
MO 65355.

Filing will begin on December 6, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. and will continue during the district's regular
business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Except for the
first and last day of filing, filing will not occur on days that the school district's central offices
are closed due to inclement weather. Filing will also not occur on the following holidays and
breaks when the school district's central offices are closed:
December 22 – December 26, 2022. Filing will end on December 27, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
December 27, 2022 the office hours will be 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
There are 3 positions available with three-year terms.
The name of qualified candidates shall be placed on the ballot in order of filing. Candidates
filing on the first day will be placed in a random drawing and their names shall appear on the
ballot in the ascending order of the numbers so drawn and ahead of names of candidates filing on a later date.
