Retirement Celebration
On our May 18th professional development day, we got the opportunity to celebrate our staff members that are retiring at the end of 2022-2023 school year. Mr. Roger Reedy was able to attend our celebration and give each retiree a resolution from the Missouri House of Representatives to recognize their service to our school district.
Some of our retirees were not able to attend. Below is the list of retirees for the 2022-2023 school year:
Doug Linn, Bus Driver, 14 years of service at Warsaw School District
Linda Harper, Bus Driver, 11 years of service at Warsaw School District
Jim Roberts, Bus Driver, 10 years of service at Warsaw School District
Carol Hare, North School Secretary, 5 years of service at Warsaw School District
Brenda Baker, Bus Monitor/Special Education Paraprofessional, 11 years of service at Warsaw School District
Susan Boyer, Special Education Paraprofessional, 7 years of service at Warsaw School District
Melinda Huffman, South School Elementary Teacher, 29 years of service at Warsaw School District
Suzie Dudenhoffer, WHS FACS Teacher, 9 years of service at Warsaw School District
We also recognized Drake Yaeger. Mr. Yaeger has already retired, and he came back to teach using the 2 year teacher shortage clause. If the governor signs a bill, then Drake could come back for 2 years. As of right now, Mr. Yaeger will probably be a paraprofessional for next year.
