• North School
o Mow and weed eat every 7 – 10 days, depending upon moisture
o Spray weed killer around fence/foundation as needed or once a month
• South School
o Mow and weed eat every 8 – 14 days, depending upon moisture
o Spray weed killer around fence/foundation as needed or once a month
• High/Middle School
o Mow and weed eat every 8 – 14 days, depending upon moisture
o Spray weed killer around fence/foundation as needed or once a month
o Weed eat driveway hill that is hard to mow each time
o Weed eat hills by football field at least once a month
• All mowing, weed eating, and spraying must be done at same day, and
sidewalk areas should be blown clean the same day as well.
• We are expecting the mowing to be done one or two days before event day
comes up. A schedule can be provided in advance.
• Pick up trash in yard if any at time of mowing.
• When mowing all grass is to be blown away from building, fence and other
permanent objects around.

• Bids must be turned in to the Warsaw R-IX Central Office by 4:00 p.m. on
March 9, 2023.
