Jessica Whitney has been selected as the Classified Staff Member of the Month for February 2026. She was nominated by multiple individuals and selected by the administrative team.

“Jessica has gone above and beyond as she took over the class when the teacher was out. And she did it with a smile on her face. She is great with the kids, very caring and passionate. You can tell she loves doing what she does. She's just generally a good person. I nominate her for going above and beyond the duties. And for her consistent love for the children.”
“Jessica stepped in for Mrs.Swiggert while she was off, she took charge and filled her shoes without any hesitation. She shows so much love and patience for all of her kids. Jessica always has cute little ideas and activities to do with the kids.”
“While Kristen was gone, she worked extra hard to fill the space in the classroom with the planning and changing of the learning themes. She has also helped me become better in my position in the classroom.”
“Jessica deserves this shout out! Jessica goes above and beyond. She kept data on our students for me and even worked beyond contract hours a few times. South is so lucky to have her and so are our students!”
