Students at JBMS, North Elementary and South Elementary will participate in an assembly centered on the MVP (Matter, Value & Purpose) message, presented by Next Generation Assemblies and sponsored by the Benton County Youth Coalition (BCYC).
These interactive assemblies are designed to help students build positive self-worth and make healthy decisions, both in and out of school. The assemblies will take place on Wednesday, February 11th on the JBMS & North Elementary Campuses. South Elementary students will be transported to North for the afternoon assembly.
During the assembly, students will learn about:
Building positive self-worth by believing in themselves
Dealing with disappointments in healthy ways
Making positive decisions and choices
Treating others with kindness and respect, regardless of background or physical characteristics
Anti-bullying and fostering a supportive school environment
We appreciate Next Generation Assemblies and BCYC for partnering with our schools to support student well-being and a positive school culture.
If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about the assemblies, please contact your student's school office.
